Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex is located on the ground floor and is 1000 sq. ft. It has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, lanai. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit is located close to the large heated swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi in the unit!

This unit has a great location, but it does need some new beds and the kitchen is a bit dated - though it is clean and functional. It is very clean all around inside the unit as a whole. The only reason I would not completely recommend this unit is that the beds creak loudly anytime you move in them making it difficult to sleep if you move at all throughout the night. Good people all around, friendly other guests and great customer service from the gentleman working in the office.

We loved that this villa was right across the street from the pool and a short walking distance to the beach! Only complaints would be the lack of supplies provided at the villa, terrible shower head/no water pressure in guest bathroom, limited hot water, and squeaky beds. Furniture and TVs could definitely use an update. However, we would stay here again! (And plan to.)

We had a great time at Island House. The unit was clean and well equipped. Could use a freshening up in the furniture etc. We saw some other villas while there and they were very nice. Next time we will choose one of those. The staff was great and helped us out tremendously. They make you feel like you are at home and that they really care. Scott and John were so helpful. Cannot wait to return to our home away from home.

This unit has a great location, but it does need some new beds and the kitchen is a bit dated - though it is clean and functional. It is very clean all around inside the unit as a whole. The only reason I would not completely recommend this unit is that the beds creak loudly anytime you move in them making it difficult to sleep if you move at all throughout the night. Good people all around, friendly other guests and great customer service from the gentleman working in the office.
