We have stayed in various Island House villas for the last eleven years. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, the villas are clean, the property is well cared for and the IH amenities meet our expectations! This is a great location to be right on Siesta Key beach! The only very minor complaint is that the sofa bed coverings (mattress covering and sheets) are lacking (for villa 11).
The property description is accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities.
We enjoy dinner at Captain Curt's and the Big Water Fish Market and shopping at the shops around those restaurants.
We always enjoy our Island House vacations!

Terrific! Location - beach - overall experience helps you forget everything and just relax. Would like for the floors of the villa to be cleaner - black feet / sox. Not sure why. Would have appreciated the management to be more understanding on my need to cancel one day on my contract even though it was inside the 30 day window.

We appreciate Island Ho9use and have also stayed in units #25 and #36, which are both beautifully decorated.

Great rental in Siesta Key. Only negatives were- it was quite a nuisance to get the beach chairs moved down to the water. They don’t have anyone helping with this and the furniture in our Villa was outdated- the chairs need replaced. Otherwise we were extremely happy with everything else.

We have stayed in this resort a few times and always like coming back. Very convenient to beach. This particular villa is a little outdated and cramped in the smaller bedroom but otherwise comfortable and easy access to beach. I appreciate how this management works with the rentals.

We had a wonderful vacation. Our villa was just perfect in everyway, very comfortable. Love the parking right out the door, so convenient. The beach is fabulous. Just a truly fantastic vacation destination.
