Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key - Crescent Beach. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. This is a private beach. The condo offers beautiful views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico from each of its bedrooms as well as the living room, dining room, lanai. Newly renovated throughout, its kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, full appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you could possibly desire. Only steps from the beach, this very comfortable 2nd floor unit is 1300 square feet with two bedrooms, king and 2 twins ( with king conversion set), two baths, 3 tvs, 2 dvd/vcr players and a Blue tooth stereo music system. Free washer and dryer are in a room off the kitchen.

Unit N11 was clean and the view and location were excellent however for the cost the unit needs serious updating. The old furniture, old kitchen appliances, and the brown paneling in the living room needs to be updated. Because of this and the large increase in rent for 2024 we have declined to renew..
