Island House Beach Resort 12N

This is our third time staying in this unit and an awesome experience as usual. There are a few things that could use updating and repair but overall very happy with this unit, it furnishing, dishes etc and would book again in the future. We were disappointed to see several dogs on the property and the lack of enforcement of the no pets policy only because one family member is highly allergic and if there had been pets in here before us we would have had major issues.

We stayed here with our two teenagers and it was a perfect stay. The location is great and the apartment had everything we needed.

Great trip to our special place. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to rebuild after two hurricanes. Can’t wait until next year!! Unit 12N is a nice unit.

The view is beautiful. The complex is doing a great job with the grounds after the hurricanes. Our unit has a very noisy air conditioner is. Perhaps needs to be replaced? And housekeeping needs to clean the floors better. We enjoyed our stay there because the beach is fabulous!!

The unit itself was very nice as usual. Alot of construction and noise on the grounds due to hurricane recovery/construction.

This was the 3rd time staying here. It is beautiful property and the view of the beach was excellent! The unit we stayed in needed some updating but we still enjoyed our time there very much.

Island House resort is our favorite vacation destination. Planning on a 2 week stay next year. Unit 12N is very comfortable. The only improvement needed is a new mattress in the master bedroom.

12N is one of our favorite units at The Island House. We love how the unit has been kept up over the years. The furnishings and decor are perfect. The only complaint we have is that housekeeping needs to clean the floors better before guests arrive. The floors were well swept, but needed to be washed/mopped. On the first day our white socks were filthy after walking around inside the unit.

I rented two units in the North Building for my family. The units were perfect and we had an amazing week. Thank you Island House.

We loved the Island House experience. The property was beautiful, well maintained, and the vibe was incredibly relaxed. We are going back again in June!

As always we had a great stay at the Island House. 12N is a very nice unit & we've already booked for next year.

Beautiful condo and great location. Island house is the best place to stay in my opinion on siesta key. Love the palm trees and ocean view. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Would definitely stay here again

We have been coming here for years and it is always nice. This year we stay in 12N which is beautifully decorated! Have an amazing time with my grandkids.

Perfect time in Paradise! I have been coming to Island House since 1980! It has remained well kept and immaculate! Staff, from rental manager, to property manager, to maintenance, to cleaning crew are always professional and friendly...taking pride in Island House. We lucked out with the weather this visit, and had absolutely beautifl beach days!

Wonderful experience! IslandHouse was the ideal location for a destination wedding. The accommodations were spacious and well equipped. The Management was very helpful in assisting us. It was a lovely event!

Wonderful unit! Updated with granite tops in the kitchen and nice functional furniture. Even the pull out couch was comfortable! We came in order to make early arrangements for my daughters wedding in the spring. My daughter has clearly picked the perfect location! Front desk was responsive to all of our requests and needs. We could not have asked for a better experience! Looking forward to returning soon.

The unit was clean. It does need some improvements. Need mattress in the master bedroom. Also, it could use a recliner chair in the living room to watch tv.
