Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, and a courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. This 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is 1300 sq. ft. non-carpeted, has a king bed, 2 twins and 2 Trundle beds. It has a large living room, dining area, 2 porches. The kitchen is fully equipped, all appliances. There is central heat and air conditioning.Free Wi-Fi in unit. There are many shops, restaurants, parks in the area. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island are one hour away and Disney/epcot is 21/2 hours away. Pack your bags and let us make your vacation a memorable one.

Had a wonderful stay at Island House. The unit was a great retreat from the stress and anxiety of everyday life. This unit was clean, and everything that could afford a great stay. The staff of Island House was friendly and helpful. I hope to return next year. Thank you for many happy memories.

This Condo by far exceeded our expectations! The views are breath taking, the rooms are very spacious! It is very clean and comfortable with everything you need! This is a must stay at resort for being right in the beach, resort amenities and a central location that you can walk to stores or jump on the trolley right out front to go to the village!

The Island House property and staff were great. The unit (12) south was nice, clean but could of used a few updates.
I would return to the Island House and the 12 South unit again.

Great location and great staff. We have stayed here several times in other units. Some need a little more work than others with some updates.
Unit 12 S master floors need some work as well as the bath door was damaged.

Very satisfied. The condo was nicely updated. There is no place on this survey for general comments. I think we’ve rented here at least 10 times. In the past, we could reserve a unit with a $200 deposit. The new policy is 25% down. Basically, you’re holding $900 of mine for a year. I don’t like that. It will influence whether we return. I think it’s ridiculous, especially as we’ve been very loyal.
