Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This 1300 sq. ft. apt. is located on one of finest beaches in central Florida. It is 2 bedrooms, 2 bath,King, 2 twins, non-carpeted, large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, lanai.Free Wi-Fi in unit!There is no land line phone. The unit has 3 tvs, dvd player. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sand,and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.It is located on the 4th floor. The view is spectacular and the sunsets unforgettable. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, attractions nearby. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot is 21/2 hours. This must be our eighth or ninth year staying at Island House. We have stayed in different condos each time and have never had a bad experience. This condo was clean and well appointed. The shower in the master bedroom was something that I wanted to take home with me! Although the rules are that one can't "save" space in the two shade structures, people just can't help themselves. So we started renting canopies while we are here. It has improved the experience even more. My fair-haired self can spend many hours by the Gulf.

We had a fantastic week. The unit was great and clean and we took great care of it.
We lived by the beach and can catch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony if we wished too. It is very close to the village for night walks. I liked the fact that I can find some Publix markets nearby for basic stuff we needed. With a car you can get anywhere you want. We drove 1 day to Disney world. Use side roads if you can to avoid traffic. We are coming back definitely. We had a great time.

This resort and unit were in a great location for walking and relaxing on the beach and for exploring the island. This brightly lit home was immaculate, well-appointed and quite comfortable.
The vacation rental management staff at Island House was incredibly hospitable.

Master was very comfortable but the two twin beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Our adult guest chose to sleep on an air mattress. Otherwise good vacation.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend birthday celebration. The unit was great. It had everything you’d need for a comfortable short term or long term stay. The unit was exceptionally clean, which was important during this COVID environment. It was only my wife and I but we could easily and comfortably hosted 4-6 people. The best thing about this unit was the balcony. We spent more time here enjoying the view than any where else. It made our weekend memorable and we’d definitely stay in this unit again.

My wife reserved this unit for my birthday celebration. The unit was super clean when we arrived which was important to us in this COVID environment. The unit was very well appointed with everything you need for a weekend stay. It was also super spacious. Although it was only my wife and I we could have easily hosted 4-6 people comfortably. The absolute best thing about this unit though was the balcony. We spent more time enjoying the views and comfort of the balcony than anywhere else. The view was spectacular. Unimpeded view of the Gulf. We loved our stay and will stay here in this unit again if it’s available.

We loved our stay here! Great location and amazing views of the Gulf-condo furnished very nicely!we woukd definitely stay here again!
Our stay at Island House was just as we expected it to be after visiting the property for more than 20 years. The apartment 15N was fantastic, one of the best we have stayed in.
It is clear the new management is taking this property and service to the next level and is a very welcomed change. If you are lucky enough to score a spot at Island House, you will have an amazing time!
