This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features a spacious primary ensuite with a king-size bed, a guest bedroom offering two queen size beds. The unit includes a large living area, a dedicated dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and granite countertops. The condo also features three large flat-screen televisions and central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. I've been coming to Island House for 30 years. I've stayed in many of your apartments and villas. This renovated apartment unit is the prettiest one. The fact that it has 2 full beds in the extra room is awesome.

We stayed in 15S. Beautiful space-completely renovated with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach is beautiful with fine white sand and plenty of beach chairs. Pool and game room were great for my teenagers on our non-beach day. Property managers couldn’t have been nicer.
Siesta Key has great restaurants with a free trolley for transportation.
Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be visiting again very soon.

The condo we stayed in was immaculate with a phenomenal view! It was nice to have a private area of the beach during Covid so it wasn’t crowded at all. We had groceries and food delivered so we relaxed and stayed safe!!!
