Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta key Florida. Complete Remodel 2017! This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in central Florida. This unit is two bedroom and 2 full baths. It is 1300 sq. ft, King, 2 queens, Central heat/ac. The unit has large living room, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances), Keurig and regular coffee machine lanai. It is located on the 4th floor. Free Wi-Fi in unit!. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sands and crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets spectacular. This complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a large heated swimming pool, recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, attractions nearby. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot is 21/2 hours. We have stayed at the Island House for many vacations. The last three or four have been in this unit, with another planned next year. It is very beautiful and clean, with a phenomenal view.
The only thing I could suggest is a new toaster. Lol it only toast one one side. We love our island house stay.

This was our second year staying at Island House Resort for our family vacation and we love it! The condo we stayed in was so spacious and updated beautifully. Our view of the beach sunset from the lanai was our very spot at night. Can't wait to come back next year!

We had the most peaceful beautiful view on Siesta Key. You are steps away from the pristine white sand, from there, the blue sparking waters tantalize your eyes to a place of serenity. The Island House Beach Resort condo 15S does not disappoint. The million dollar view this condo provides is priceless. The condo is very spacious and modern. We enjoyed this trip so much. We feel spoiled to have been lucky enough to stay here.

We have stayed at the Island House around 12 times. It’s the best view and beach. The unit we stayed in was our 4th time. It’s the best.

The unit was clean and had a great view. Trash bins on the beach were not changed until monday so trash was over flowing.
Still enjoy this place and would recommend it.

We stayed in 15S. Beautiful space-completely renovated with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach is beautiful with fine white sand and plenty of beach chairs. Pool and game room were great for my teenagers on our non-beach day. Property managers couldn’t have been nicer.

Siesta Key has great restaurants with a free trolley for transportation.

Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be visiting again very soon.

The condo we stayed in was immaculate with a phenomenal view! It was nice to have a private area of the beach during Covid so it wasn’t crowded at all. We had groceries and food delivered so we relaxed and stayed safe!!!
