Island House Beach Resort 16N

Island House Beach Resort and its grounds are always enjoyable. This was our 5th stay and first time in 16N. The apartment needs some repair and updating. Broken lamps, missing vertical blind panes, broken chairs on the lanai, etc. The beach and weather were beautiful.

Love the location but condo 16N is very dated and worn

This was our second time staying at Island House Beach. Beach is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. The view from our apartment was breathtaking. A few things needed updating and the second bedroom was missing the door knob.

What a large spacious unit! Great views from the patio and quick walk to beach! Would have loved having a little more beach items - towels, chairs, games but for a quiet place for spring break, this was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time at the Island House Beach Resort 16N. We had everything we needed inside, but the best part was the view from the enclosed porch, and the beach. The pool was also really nice. It was our first time to Siesta Key. We loved Creasant Beach, we loved the chairs that we could use and it was great to have access to washer and dryer. We absolutely loved it.

20+ years at Island House and 2nd year staying at 16N. Staff are great as always. I believe some improvements can be made. Master Bedroom was hot compared to other parts of apartment, perhaps update ceiling fan as it didn’t have multiple speeds and some blinds were missing on other windows.

Overall, it was a great week at Island House. We will return next year

First time that we have stayed at Island House Beach Resort and we were very happy with the accommodations and facility and its location

The Island House is a magical place to stay. The location is superb, the facility in great shape, the staff, especially Scott in the office, is responsive and ready to hep in every way. The beach at Siesta Key/Island House is pristine, quiet, well maintained and the sunset beyond words. I highly recommend The Island House in every way. Linda Keene

We stayed in the North high tide which is set back but have a nice was clean. The bedroom was very cold compared to the other rooms and the A/C is a bit noisy at night. I would rent this unit again but it needs more kitchen utensils. Many were missing or old and the spatula was melted. Glassware was a mix of many items too. We realize with renting this happens but the owners should have extra items available for replacement.

Wow, this rental did not disappoint. The view was spectacular we ate breakfast each morning on the balcony. The accommodations were very comfortable. We had enough kitchen items for all of our needs. The management company was more than accommodating of our requests as we arrived early and checked out a little later due to flight schedule. We are already trying to figure out when we could return. Next time we will work harder to figure out the trolley system, but we walked or drove to many of the restraunts. We were just some friends who needed a getaway and we sure found it at the Island House Beach Resort. Thank you so much for making it a pleasurable experience.

The first night we had problems with all three TV’S which we were unable to watch. Problem was resolved the next day, that same day I complained about some of the blinds missing parts and no one attended to it? Other then that all good!

Week rental that we do every year. Great large condo. My complaint is with cleaning... when we arrived there was dust on all furniture, under beds, under furniture, corners etc.

Our trip to Siesta was awesome! The condo was everything and then some- perfect location, weather cooperated and was perfect. Would highly recommend and return for future stays!

Great apartment for a long weekend in Sarasota area - great location - great beach.

Great location and views were awesome. Easy access to beach and pools plus games for the kids. Could walk to restaurants and grocery.
