Island House Beach Resort!! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in central florida. This condo offers views of palm trees, white sand, and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is non-carpeted, 1300 sq. ft. and located on the 5th floor. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances), lanai, central heat/ac,King, 2 twins. In unit Internet. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is large heated swimming pool, recreation room with ping pong, pool, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, attractions close by. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is one hour away and Disney/Epcot 21/2 hours away. This rental was one of four rented from Island House for the week of June 10 - 17, 2023. We found the Condo to be everything that one could expect. The view of the beach was beyond description. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas were exceptional. When we arrived, found the areas to be clean and completely ready to receive guests.

Absolutely loved the view of 17 S and how close we were to the ocean. The furniture and the king bed in the master was very comfortable but the unit itself was a bit dated but very clean. Bathroom counters were low and wire shelf in shower had rust stains. Also, the worn racks in the dishwasher are leaving rust stains on edges of dishes, which did not make a good presentation. The refrigerator makes a lot of noise, may need replacement. Overall very happy and definitely would return!!

Beautiful condo with amazing view ! Love waking up and having our coffee in the Lainee enjoying the Gulf! All the condos seem to have a great view with a short walk to beach. The pool was a nice size and well kept up, would be even better closer to beach than at entrance of reaort! Stafd was very friendly and accommodating ! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Island House. The managers keep the grounds so nice. Our unit was lovely with very nice furnishings. I would say they really need a new dishwasher but otherwise it was very nice. We love the screened porch which allows a great view with sliders that manage the breeze when it is cool. We've stayed at IH three times now and it is always a great experience. We needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating.

Love Island House and my apartment! So very happy with the new living room furniture and the sofa bed. Staff is excellent in the office and special thank you to Liliana, Juan Carlos and Scott who are always attentive and helpful! This is my 33rd year staying at Island House and you never disappoint. Weather was great, beach was wonderful and family and friends made it complete!

Our stay at Island House Beach resort was wonderful. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed and then some. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable and all the necessities were there... The view was spectacular... The only thing I would’ve liked to have seen would be a small luggage rack so we didn’t have to make so many trips up to the fifth floor... But other than that everything was 100% perfect

I was lucky enough to find this rental about 6 weeks before our travel. Had planned to stay on the Atlantic side of Florida, but thought I would try to find something on the gulf side. So happy I found this! It was very easy to book this room on the Island House website. The staff was very accommodating to me when I was waiting on a new credit card to arrive to pay for the balance that was due. I never had to interact with any staff at all my entire stay. It was as if I owned the place, and was coming home. My only suggestion (not complaint) would be to give the unit a little TLC with painting, etc, and clean the laundry area a bit. Also, it would be helpful to have liquid hand soap in the kitchen & baths. Thank you for a great stay on Siesta Key!

My family has been vacationing for over 30 years at the Island House on siesta key. The condos are spacious and overlook the beautiful golf waters of the West Coast of Florida. The property is very well maintained by an excellent staff of caring individuals that have become an extended family to all of us. My children and my family members children have all grown up coming to the beach every summer and spending a great time at the Island House. Most are all adults now and continue the tradition of every summer regardless of what’s going on in the world we come to Island House to relax, rejuvenate, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Island House for being our home away from home.

Excellent unit very well done. great windows. Chairs were very limited. only 109 with a need for over 240!
Master bedroom needs new mattrise. unit was clean but drawers had sand in them. great customer service when thing needed to be fixed, same day. Lot of mix up on next years reservations
