GULF FRONT - GROUND FLOOR UNIT!! This spectacular 2 bedrooms, 2 baths unit is 1300 sq. ft. as is located on Crescent Beach. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.Fully equipped kitchen, all appliances. The unit has a king size bed and 2 twins. There are 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi. There are direct Gulf views from lanai as well as bedrooms. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs and a scenic beach front court yard with shuffleboard. There is a large beautiful pool as well as a game room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. Come visit us! We only rent less than 7 days if their is an "exact" slot for those dates.

Another beautiful rental! We annually stay at The Island House and have never been disappointed/ we try to stay in a different rental property each time. 1N was very well equipped for kitchen supplies. The view could not be any better- right on the beach!

This was our best unit ever. we have rented for several years, and this was an outstanding unit and very well maintained. I was very impressed with the overall condition of the entire resort. being well maintained. Our family had 4 units this year and once again enjoyed our stay. Scott and his team go out of their way to accommodate everyone. Thanks for the great vacation. Not sure how you made the weather so great but will give you credit!

Great location literally right on the beach. Comfortable two bedroom. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been redone. The living area was nice but could us a little spiffing up. The screened in porch was right on the beach. Would stay again.

Wonderful accommodations! Everything was clean and in good working order. Had attempted to make toast one morning and the toaster was not working - called the office they had an brand new toaster to us in 15 minutes ! Will absolutely stay here again!!! We have been coming to the island house 3-4 times per year for the past 10 years and 1N is the best unit we have stayed. Updated everywhere. Ocean view, 10 feet from finest white sand in the world. Never ending sunsets from the patio. Highly recommend!
