Island House Beach Resort 2N

Easy booking and check in. The location is beautiful. The unit itself is adequate, but could use some updating - especially the appliances.

Always good, I have been going to Siesta Key for a number of years my parents owned a condo on the beach for 20 years sold about 10 years ago now. that was our view to the beach.

Island house is always amazing, from the customer service to the most amazing view!! Our family stays here couple times a year. Property is always clean. Do yourself a favor and stay at island house where white powdered sand ( feels and looks like powdered sugar) is your front yard !! Another amazing stay..

Two weeks of beautiful weather, really enjoyed our shade canopy from tropical services, a little noisy around spring break, the management team was very responsive to our request. We signed up again for next year, already looking forward to returning

When we arrived there was a huge crane blocking that beautiful view you see in the picture and we had to complain several times before they would move it. The porch is a beautiful spot and we would have used it more often but it was a waste with the plastics uncomfortable / cheap furniture. We were in another unit with friends and used their porch all the time with a great porch furniture set. This one was awful. There was work on the building which was loud and unsightly during our stay. Location and beach were the best things about it.

We had a very nice time at the Island House. The unit was clean and bug free. There were plenty of beach chairs. It was a great experience.

Our family has been going to Island House for many years. What attracted us to IH was it felt more residential and not crowded. IH has become very popular and now feels very crowded. I sense that some renters have many more people in units than is intended. The management/staff are very professional and helpful. There is a need for twice as many beach chairs (not loungers) than what they have.

Only suggestion would be is to get a larger hot water tank and new toilet seat. overall, I love staying at this location

It was a wonderful stay. Scott was very friendly and helpful. He offered us a great solution to the impossibility of using the villa initially reserved as a result of an emergency. Thank you so much Scott!!!

Though, it rained 3 full days and we had to deal with Red Tide, the fact that we were at this property made the experience still wonderful. The city would have trucks pick up the dead fish every morning and that really helped. The room was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks. The view of the palm trees, beach and gulf were spectacular straight from our lanai and the location of Island House was perfect. The unit could use a little updating and the lanai needed a little more attention to cleanliness. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful sunsets.

I love the location of the condo. The complex is nice and the beach is beautiful. This condo is steps from the beach and looks out onto the beach. The beach is very wide in this area and not as crowded as other parts of the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed and updated. The condo definitely needs new beds. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable and very old. The bathrooms are nice and updated but the furniture in living room can use some updating as well. The condo was clean. The condo is a few minute drive to Siesta Village with lots of restaurants and shops. Our overall stay was good as we love the beach.

We had a great time, apartment 2N had everything we needed and was very clean. We will be back again this was our 3rd time at Island House.

We love the location of this condo. It holds a lot of sentimental value for us because this is the room we stayed in when we got married and come back every year for the last 5 years. The bed however is extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t get one night of good sleep. My parents thought the twins were also uncomfortable. The king bed almost feels like it could break or is broken already. Overall, the decor and couches are pretty outdated. However, we aren’t here for the decor so that’s minor! The view is amazing and being first level is awesome to just walk out onto the beach. Even though the bed is uncomfortable, I would still recommend staying here!

We had rented 3units for the family all to be together. Had a wonderful time! Want to come back next January and do this again.
