Island House Beach Resort - Crescent Beach, Siesta Key. Gulf Front Unit, 3rd Floor, Panoramic Views. This luxury apartment is 1300 sq. ft. non-carpeted and is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, ( all appliances), screen and glass lanai. The unit has 3 tvs, dvd, vcr, stereo, free Wi-Fi in unit, washer, dryer, central heat/ac. The condo offers view of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets magnificent. This attractive complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, and a scenic beach front courtyard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. Covered parking. There are many shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses, water sports in the area. Busch Gardens is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot 21/2 hours. Location in Siesta Key was convenient to restaurants and bars with all the Free Ride options in Siesta Key. Would definitely stay there again!

It was our first time staying in a different unit and were we ever delighted with the accommodations! The unit was just beautiful and very comfortable in every way. We come every year and have always requested a certain unit, but due to renovations on it, we had to stay in a different one. WOW! We didn’t know what we’d been missing! Same beautiful view from the lanai and a beautiful updated unit. You can’t go wrong at Island House! Love the staff, too!

I do not want to say how awesome this condo was, because then I won’t be able to book it again.
All of my friends in different condos are reserving it for their next spring break
I have to get to it before they do.

This isn't our first time @ Island Beach House in Siesta Key. The property is amazing, the beach is awesome, and the staff is friendly. The property was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the beach view was wonderful. A great family vacation spot.

Fantastic location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in/out. Great view of ocean and sunset. Walking distance to bars, food, and Village. Rent bikes and kayaks down street. Beach sand fantastic and amazing. Water crystal clear. Unit was clean and well appointed. Hot water in 2nd bathroom only got to warm. Only issue we experienced but it was minor. Would return again!

5N was a lovely unit with all of the necessities of cooking, laundering, comfort and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on comfy sofas and watching the beach from our table on the porch/ glassed room. The decor was pleasing and current with a spacious and well equipped kitchen. We have vacationed at the Island House for the past 4 years and each stay was very pleasant and just steps away from the beach. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The management staff and maintenance service is excellent. Many restaurants are nearby activities and tours are available. We enjoyed the beach, watching sunsets, St Armands Circle, Marina Jacks, and sailing watching dolphins. We always look forward to returning to the Island House at Siesta Key.

I've been coming to Siesta Key since I was in diapers nearly 30 years ago with our whole family and extended family and friends, and Island House has always been our favorite home away from home. It was our first time staying in 5N this year and the unit is beautiful and very well equipped. Can't wait to return again next year!
