Island House Beach Resort!! Siesta Key Florida. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit is 1300 sq. ft. and is located on one the finest beaches in Florida. It has a large living area, dining area, 2 lanais, central heat/ac, fully equipped kitchen, ( all appliances) 3 tvs, dvd and is located on the 3rd floor. It has a king, 2 twins. Free Wi-Fi in unit!! This condo offers views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets magnificent. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs and a scenic beach front courtyard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a recreation with pool, ping pong, air hockey.There are many shops, restaurants, galleries, golfing, tennis, watersports in the area. Busch Gardens is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot 21/2 hours. Pack your bags and walk into one of the most memorable vacations ever!

My first time renting a condo in Florida. I preferred it much more than staying in a hotel. The grounds were well laid out and maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants.The condos are well maintained.
The beach is a 10 out of 10. We had a wonderful time.

We have been staying at the Island house for about 17 years, sometimes two times a year. . We like the area and the beach. We have stayed in different condos This was our first stay in 6 N. It was very nice and well equipped with everything we needed
We have one complaint. We love to sit on porch at night, and the light in the hallway, off of elevator was so bright it gave us no privacy. Can that be changed? Other condos didn’t have that light.

My rental with you was extremely disappointing. First I signed a contract with another unit and you changed the unit without any conversation with me. Instead of conversing, a voicemail was left. No one ever returned my multiple attempts to talk with someone This condo was not updated, had ants everywhere that your maintenance couldn’t control, the sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t work- multiple calls made to have fixed and the toilet was broken for three days before anyone would fix it!

We have stayed in 6 North a few times and it is one of our favorite units we are in the front building with a gorgeous view from our balcony/living room if the beach and the back porch patio view
Is awesome for sunset views. The unit is attractive and comfortable and equipped with what you need for your stay and then some.
My kids who are 26, 28, 36 grew up in this beach and we have stayed at Island House for many, many years! The pool and game room is awesome for kids as well as the beautiful beach! We have traveled to many places in the US and Europe and Island House at Siesta Key is our favorite family vacation!
Beach is beautiful and we will be back!

We love Island House and have stayed in this condo before and plan to come back to it again. We love this place as it is quiet and the access to the beach is amazing!!! Some constructive feedback would be that unlike last time, we had an issue and called the front desk and no one ever responded. Nothing too major but the handle on our microwave broke off on the first day, called twice and said they would send someone but no one showed up. Some areas of the condo looked to not have been cleaned in awhile (area around door knobs, by light switches, etc. I cleaned with stuff we bought and it came right off. Just surprised as last time we visited the unit was spotless.

Very spacious apartment. Clean and very well furnished. Kitchen had everything a person would want—like a gourmet kitchen. View of beach to die for from the sun room. On windy or colder days we enjoyed sitting, eating, and reading there with a full view of the beautiful beach and everything happening there. Easy entry via elevator from parking. Almost like a private entrance as only one other unit used that elevator at our floor.

Beautiful beach, great location, excellent condominium property.
Our unit, 6N, was just perfect. It was tastefully appointed with a nice updated kitchen and every amenity necessary. The property is well-maintained, and the women in the front office were knowledgable and helpful each time I called on them. We really enjoyed this trip.
