Awesome time! My family loves Siesta Key.

We spent a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying the beach and swimming in the pool.

The Island House beach area is great. The buildings could really use some updating.

As relaxing as always ... The perfect family getaway ...Hope to come back every year ....

This rental was one of four rented from Island House for the week of June 10 - 17, 2023. We found the Condo to be everything that one could expect. The view of the beach was beyond description. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas were exceptional. When we arrived, found the areas to be clean and completely ready to receive guests.

Overall, near perfect experience, beautiful view. The lanai gave us upclose view of beach, surf, sunset. Updated bathrooms, nice furnishings. We would rent the apt again,however there were a few negatives.Lanai had 1 window that would not close,paint on walls stained etc, in desperate need of repainting. Carpet on floor of lanai stained looked dirty.Kitchen the silverware holders dirty, had to remove silverware and wash. Only had 4 spoons,all missed matched silverware, no matching cups,only sharp knive had rust on it. Skillets unusable because Teflon peeling and remaining skillet burnt food on bottom.Reminded us of a kitchen we would put together for camping. We had to eat in b/c daughter has to eat gluten free. Several outlets do not work. Iron missing buttons.Floors around edges and under beds and tables dusty, not clean. We had to have lanai and kitchen sprayed for bugs. All of the negatives can easily be addressed which would really elevate experience. We loved the service from front office and would still rent unit again because of view. We enjoyed staying on beach all of our visit, only negative would be ; Desperate need of more beach chairs especially sit up non reclining chairs and if we did not get on beach by 11:00 a.m. there were no chairs. We suggest need of many more chairs. Went out to eat 2x recommend Marina Jacks and Sharky's at Venice Beach so much fun. Got to see dolphins and manatees at beach and beautiful sunsets. The beauty of staying at Island house is never needing to leave beach and apartment.

Our stay at Island House was wonderful as always. Our unit 6S was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beach is gorgeous and the views from our lanai including the sunsets were beautiful. I look forward to returning to Island House, our favorite beach retreat.

Great property location and amazing views. Somewhat outdated (and some outlets didn't work), but overall a must-stay for the view and location!

Everything about Island House is top-notch!!!

This resort was unexpected, we stumbled upon it unexpectedly and what a wonderful surprise! The accommodations were perfect with breathtaking views and an amazing sunset.

This unit is exactly what we were looking for as it was our first time to Siesta Key. The master bed has to be THE most comfortable we've ever slept in. The unit was clean for the most part although the furniture is noticeably worn. No issues with hot water. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return to this unit.

Island House Beach Resort is a great place to stay. The view from 6S is awesome! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed for a few days stay. Will definitely be back.

This was our first time visiting and had a wonderful time. Room 6S was comfortable and well maintained. It has a beautiful view of the sunset from the third floor. You can access room by both stairs and elevator. The beach was very nice and not crowded. There were plenty of stores/restaurants (outdoors also). We went “off season” in September and weather was still beach worthy!

Been staying at this property 4 years straight we love this unit for some reason this stay the kitchen was lacking a lot of utensils. There were no baking pan very little pots and pans usually every year there are fully stocked in the kitchen.

Fantastic Island House Beach Resort !We stayed in our Spring Break 2021. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The condo was clean and the beds was super soft! Our only complaint was the screen porch area have a carpet. Will definitely be staying here again."

We stayed with friends for a few days & the condo was really nice with plenty of space for the 4 of us. It has a great view of the beach & a couple palm trees out front make for great sunset pictures. The beach is huge & the sand is awesome.

Nice relaxing vacation to get away from the colder temps of the north. No schedule, no plans, and no stress. The location was very convenient to both ends of Siesta Key. Loved waking up and looking right out at the gulf each morning. Just a short stroll down to the beach and enjoyed walking along the beach each morning. The unit was in very good condition, with many items recently upgraded. Unit was clean. Very easy check in & check out, with no hassles at all. The view in the picture is very accurate. You can even watch the sun set from the sun room.

This apartment was very clean and has a great beach location. The lanai was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail. The only thing that was bothersome was the water in both the showers never got hot just luke warm. I saw in pervious review that someone else had the same concern. I did tell the front office so hopefully someone will come fix that.

Overall we had a great stay in this unit. Good size condo and had free laundry. Only complaint would be luke warm water in showers. All other faucets got hot.

4th trip to Siesta Keys. Loved our resort and room. Beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony. Quiet area. Condo was clean and big. Beds were very comfortable. Free trolley ride around town just outside your door. Pool was huge and warm. Sunsets were amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. Property was maintained nicely. Management was friendly. Only negative comment is I wish our condo provided beach towels. Siesta Keys is my favorite! We will be back to Island House next year!

Me and my girlfriends decided to stay in Florida for o ur girls trips. Best trip ever. Beaches gorgeous, condo amazing. Some little things to improve on, but can't wait to go back

My bestie and I came here to celebrate my birthday. The unit was awesome. It was spacious, clean and had excellent views. It was also well stocked from a kitchen perspective. The manager Scott greeted us even though we arrived after office hours and was very helpful. We will be back!
