We've been coming here for 10 years and always enjoy it. Great proximity to Sarasota and Venice and all the attraction in the vacinity.

9S is our favorite. Beautiful view, very spacious. Relaxing and calm. We are local, but this is the perfect place to gather with familyfrom out of state.

My wife and I have vacationed here for the last 20 years. Of those, we have been to the Island House with family for 17 of those 20 years. We love the location and have family that lives in Sarasota, Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It is an annual family reunion.

The cleanliness of the units in 15S and 17S was under par. There were issues with dish cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness, drawer cleanliness and floor cleanliness. The ice maker in 15S doesn't dispense ice and the water filters in 2 units (15S and 12S) needs replacing.

The cleanliness in 13S and 9S(who arrived 2 days later) was much better after I expressed concerns over 12S, 15S, and 17S. Thank You for that consideration.

We had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for our family walk the beach and also enjoy the pool and all the game amenities. Staff was very helpful and the rental property was immaculate. We can’t wait to return.

Always well kept, clean. Every year the owners make a major improvement; this year they replaced the old tub with a new walk in shower- If they could fix the occasional red tide it would be perfect--- well maintained grounds and beach

Love IH and Siesta Key

Another great stay.

We’ve been coming to the Island House for many years. We don’t even consider staying anywhere else on Siesta Key. This year we enjoyed staying in 9S! Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable seating, great to be on the first floor, and the view included the beach and beautiful foliage! It was wonderful! We hope to stay in this unit again!

We just got back from the Island House 9S 2 days ago, we had an amazing time and the view of the ocean and palm trees is incredible (especially at sunset!) We love the lanai, ground level beach access, and the private beach (with beach lounge chairs included!) for all Island House guests. We were there during Spring Break and St Patricks Day; however, you wouldn’t know it with the privacy and space on the private beach. Parking was covered and another parking space was provided for guests. All of the decor was nicely appointed. The staff at Island House are so easy to work with and very nice people. 9S was very clean. We already booked for next year during the same week.

Excellent! Great location, great place to stay. Walk out to the beach!

We come to Siesta Key as often as possible and Island House is always the preferred place to stay. The design of the condo buildings gives every condo unit a great view of the Gulf. Crescent Beach is as beautiful as it gets. We've stayed in several units over the years; this year was 9S and it delivered - very bright and clean. Nothing beats morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks on the beach. Perfect unit to stay in with a great view. Overall a fantastic vacation.

This place is beautiful, the Location, the apartment, the view, the beach ..etc. We had a wonderful time , you feel like coming back every year!

We had a wonderful experience, loved having direct access to the beach! Pool was nice get away after beach fun. The condo was fabulous, beds were extremely comfortable, loved our sunsets and morning beach walks.

The property is perfect and so close to the beach. We are already looking at booking our next trip to stay there again.

The family was able to get away for a second time to Siesta Key/Island house after being there during the end of May. This apartment was beautifully furnished and the weather was perfect during our stay. Being on the bottom floor right on the beach with ocean views all day is the best therapy. Thank you
