Island House Beach Resort - This unit is a duplex unit and can be rented as 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit. There are private entrances. The downstairs unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. fully equipped kitchen, 3 tv's, dvd, dining area, lanai, central heat/air. The upstairs unit is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining area, 3 tvs, dvd, central heat and air. Free Wi-Fi in both units. Island House is located on Crescent Beach, on Siesta Key. The villa is just minutes to the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, tennis, and other atttractions nearby. Bush Gardens/Adventure Islande is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot is 2 1/2 hours away. Rental was GREAT! Just what we needed for a quick get away with our siblings/spouses (all adults) Rooms very clean supplies what we needed. Location-to beach- a short walk. Restaurants/shops- right on trolley line.
Loved having beach chairs available on the sand SO convenient. Would definitely stay again!
