This inviting 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa duplex offers 1,000 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. A sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations. This unit features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances. Enjoy the added convenience three large flat-screen TVs, central heating and air conditioning, as well as a relaxing lanai.
Located on the second floor, this unit sits directly across from our large, heated swimming pool—perfect for easy access and a great place to unwind during your stay.

I had a wonderful stay in Apartment 10B. It was spotless, and everything was in good working order. I had everything I needed. It was very convenient being near the laundry room and the office. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. I love this place!

A month-long rental for the fourth consecutive year in the same unit. The location of our unit is very convenient to the office, laundry facility,pool,band the beach. The staff and employees of Island House are first-class, very friendly, and responsive. Sonny does a great job. However, staying in this unit for4 years, we've noticed a general deterioration of the unit. The furniture needs to be replaced, walls need painted, bathroom updated, bedspreads replaced, stairway carpet replaced. This unit just needs some TLC and a deep cleaning.

We had a great visit loving the location- the beach- the pool. It was interrupted by the symptoms brought on as the red tide settled in the area. Three and 1/2 days we had to remain indoors.

Villa 10 was an excellent. Fantastic location close to the beach and pool. Very clean and updated. The management staff was always friendly and helpful.
Th village is a short distance away on Siesta Key . We would highly recommend villa 10 as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom depending on what you would like to book. It’s one stand alone villa that is 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.
We love staying at Island House, we had one minor hiccup and it was immediately addressed. Management even checked in with us to make sure everything was going great during the remainder of our stay. Hoping to be back next year!
