Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida - Crescent Beach. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath villa duplex is 1000 sq. ft. living room, dining area, full kitchen (all appliances), lanai. Central heat/ac. The unit has a king, 2 twins, sleeper.3 tvs. It is located across from our large heated swimming pool and is on the 2nd floor. This unit is short walk to to crystal blue and white sand beaches. This attractive complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. There are 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs and a scenic beach front courtyard with shuffleboard. There is also a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. Visit the Island House Beach Resort and make your vacation a most memorable one.

A month-long rental for the fourth consecutive year in the same unit. The location of our unit is very convenient to the office, laundry facility,pool,band the beach. The staff and employees of Island House are first-class, very friendly, and responsive. Sonny does a great job. However, staying in this unit for4 years, we've noticed a general deterioration of the unit. The furniture needs to be replaced, walls need painted, bathroom updated, bedspreads replaced, stairway carpet replaced. This unit just needs some TLC and a deep cleaning.

We had a great visit loving the location- the beach- the pool. It was interrupted by the symptoms brought on as the red tide settled in the area. Three and 1/2 days we had to remain indoors.

The Island House Villa 10B was clean and well kept. It was in a great location with easy access to rides into the village. We will definitely stay there again!

Villa 10 was an excellent. Fantastic location close to the beach and pool. Very clean and updated. The management staff was always friendly and helpful.
Th village is a short distance away on Siesta Key . We would highly recommend villa 10 as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom depending on what you would like to book. It’s one stand alone villa that is 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.
I had a wonderful stay in Apartment 10B. It was spotless, and everything was in good working order. I had everything I needed. It was very convenient being near the laundry room and the office. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. I love this place!
