This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa offers comfort, style, and privacy just steps from the beach. The primary ensuite features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes 2 twins beds and a sleeper sofa making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

We had a problem with AC but Staff/Maintenance were great. Not happy that you have raised deposit required and timing when due. 25% increase in rent and due 90 days in advance seems harsh.

Villa 2 is a nice villa with all the typical amenities of the Island House. It's closer to the beach side of the complex than the street side, which is nice so you can get to the water faster. However, a few things need to be replaced. The blinds in the living room do not function, and the coffee maker had mold in it. With a few upgrades, I would recommend this villa, but not currently.

We love the location of Island House on the beach and street. The Villas was neat & clean but both blinds to the lanai need to be replaced. The office staff are friendly & accommodating! Our second time staying in one of the Villas & we definitely will be back!

This is a wonderful beach to visit. We haven’t found one we enjoy more. This is our 1st stay at Island house and would return without a doubt. This unit has a very close proximity to the sand which is perfect for us. We have visited Siesta Key yearly (and sometimes more) for about 30 years. Love the Village for dining as well, particularly Daiquiri Deck. Only complaints about the unit we stayed in was that the blind had several pieces missing & it could have been a bit cleaner.

Perfect spot for a beach get away. The villa was clean and had most everything needed for our stay. Great location with a short walk through the property to the beach. Trolley stop close to the property to go into Siesta Key Village. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Island House Beach Resort, Villa 2, for five summers now. It is the perfect spot to unwind, explore, and create memories. The pristine white sandy beaches, crystal clear beaches, and small beach town feel is our ideal getaway! There are plenty local spots to enjoy or bring your own food to grill on on-site BBQ grills. You can also rent kayaks or paddleboards to be dropped off, rent or bring your own bikes to cruise into town or take the free trolly.
Villa 2 was fantastic! It has been recently and beautifully renovated—the bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well done, and all the furniture throughout the unit is brand new. Another big plus is the location: it’s one of the villas closest to the beach, making it a short, easy walk to the ocean and the grill station. We would absolutely recommend staying here.
