This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa offers comfort, style, and privacy just steps from the beach. The primary ensuite features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

We have been coming to Island House for the last 11 years.
While we love the area, the beach and the weather we have noticed a significant decline in the caliber of the units.
I feel for the unit holders that keep them up, Villa 35 as an example but Villa 21 has seen better days.
Time to change the fridge - rust around the ice maker is not appealing. We noted some issues with pests - specifically cockroaches and the furniture is at the point where my wife wouldnt even sit in them.
Bedding should be washable - which this unit has not yet adopted.
This will be the last time we rent this villa (and we know of others with similar complaints) until ownership addresses the deteriorated state of them.
Very unfortunate.

From the moment we pulled in until the moment we pulled out we were extremely happy! The unit was clean, spacious, perfect location to walk right out to the beach from our room, I loved having the covered area for your vehicle and the back porch. I am always skeptical when I rent anywhere and read all reviews, I was nervous about others saying it needed updating however it was PERFECT. The location of this resort is great as well! Will definitely be back.

The villas are absolutely beautiful. We have recommended these several times to our friends and family. Always clean. Never any issues with anything. This was our third time in villa 21; the closest villa to the beach.

We had a great week and it was clean and had everything we needed as far as utensils, pots and pans and glassware. Only issue was the refrigerator was leaking water from somewhere periodically during the week so we threw a towel down when it leaked. I didn’t notify office till we left cause we just wiped it up

I love coming to Island House. It has been my winter home for years. I cannot imagine my life without it.
Was a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. Conveniently located on the beach and plenty of activities to keep you busy. Have already booked for next year.
