The primary ensuite features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds and a sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Unit has been remodeled....very pristine, clean condition. Due to heavy rains and floodiing, pool was temporarily closed, but other arrangements were made to accomodate swimmers.

This is the sixth consecutive year that we have rented this villa at Island House. The owner keeps it updated and replaces worn and broken furniture and furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. It's in a great location...about halfway between the beach and the pool.

This was our first time staying at the Island House Beach Resort! Our unit was very nice, clean and comfortable! Our unit just needs a couple of larger frying pans and more teaspoons!!! The beds were very comfy as was the living room furniture!

What a perfect spot to vacation! The place was clean and had everything you would need. I loved that you had your own private villa. We were steps from the one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The powder like sound was so pretty and so soft. It was close to everything, 10 minute car ride or free trolley ride into the village where there was lots of restaurants, bars with live music and shopping. I would definitely recommend this place.

Once again our stay at Island House villa V25 was excellent. The beach was in great shape plenty of lounge chairs available. The unit was excellent comfortable and had everything we needed and with no added bonus is the trolley stop is located in front of the Island House.We have booked again V25 for next year and look forward to returning. We highly recommend Island House for a visit to Siesta Key.
