Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is appox. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, covered parking, screened lanai, free wi-fi in unit! The unit is non-carpeted and has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. The villa has 3 tvs, dvd. There is no land line phone. It is just steps to the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. There are 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, boating, parasailing, tennis, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens, Disney are a short driving distance. This is the sixth consecutive year that we have rented this villa at Island House. The owner keeps it updated and replaces worn and broken furniture and furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. It's in a great location...about halfway between the beach and the pool.

This was our first time staying at the Island House Beach Resort! Our unit was very nice, clean and comfortable! Our unit just needs a couple of larger frying pans and more teaspoons!!! The beds were very comfy as was the living room furniture!

Cute modern villa with all the necessary accommodations, easy beach and pool access. WiFi, TV in every room, along shuttle stop to go to the village. Grocery store nearby. Can be traffic getting into Siesta Key but once you get in, you have everything you need! Definitely recommend!

What a perfect spot to vacation! The place was clean and had everything you would need. I loved that you had your own private villa. We were steps from the one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The powder like sound was so pretty and so soft. It was close to everything, 10 minute car ride or free trolley ride into the village where there was lots of restaurants, bars with live music and shopping. I would definitely recommend this place.
