Welcome to paradise! This lovely and updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa features a private ensuite with a king bed and a guest room that features 2 twin beds. It is perfectly situated on the widest part of Crescent Beach, offering both privacy and comfort for your stay. Enjoy a beautifully updated, spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, central A/C and heat, a screened lanai, and covered parking.
Just a short walk through the resort brings you to the powdery white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico—perfect for relaxing in the sun, sand, and surf.

We can’t think of enough good things to say about our vacation at the Island House! What a unique, great property and amazing beach! Staff and other guests all so nice. Our Unit V-8 was beautifully updated. We lacked for nothing and can’t wait to come again. Highly recommend!

Siesta Key truly deserves the #1 beach in the USA title and the Island House Resort was the perfect place to land. Located away from the busy famous part of the key Crescent Beach was just as captivating with its sugary white sand. Our villa was centrally located to experience the charming area. The resort grounds were immaculate and our villa was well appointed for a very comfortable stay. Pool was crystal clear, a clean laundry room, and clean grills. Highly recommend you consider the IHR!
