Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - The large 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is appox. 1000 sq. ft., non-carpeted and has a large living area, dining area, full kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, screened lanai, covered parking, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit! The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins. It is only steps to the magnificant blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room as well as a scenic beachfront courtyard where the sunsets are amazing. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, tennis, fishing, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are just a short driving distance. Come spend your holiday at Island House and let us make it a most memorable one!

We can’t think of enough good things to say about our vacation at the Island House! What a unique, great property and amazing beach! Staff and other guests all so nice. Our Unit V-8 was beautifully updated. We lacked for nothing and can’t wait to come again. Highly recommend!

Siesta Key truly deserves the #1 beach in the USA title and the Island House Resort was the perfect place to land. Located away from the busy famous part of the key Crescent Beach was just as captivating with its sugary white sand. Our villa was centrally located to experience the charming area. The resort grounds were immaculate and our villa was well appointed for a very comfortable stay. Pool was crystal clear, a clean laundry room, and clean grills. Highly recommend you consider the IHR!
