Island House Beach Resort V31

Great location & even better unit! Very nice. We love it!!!

The Resort was wonderful. The grounds were so clean and very well maintained. Our Villa was also perfect, very updated and very clean. Totally enjoyed our stay, already booked for next year.

We had a wonderful time at Island House Beach Resort! Sat on the porch and shared a laugh and drink at night. Awesome shelling, short walk to the beach. Clean pool. Great all around experience.

Always nice to come back to Island House as we know exactly what to expect and never disappoints.

Every moment of our stay was wonderful - help with early bag storage and check in, responsive to requests, and beautiful villa - everything was terrific!

After booking the last villa available, I read reviews where people complained about V31. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived, we thought it was great!
It was our first time at island house, so we have nothing to compare it to. It may not be updated like the others that we saw in pictures, but it had everything we needed and was super close to the grill and the beach. We only had one small downside. We have friends (husband,wife & grown son) that live in Florida. They wanted to come see us while we were in town. I read the rules on visitors and went to the office to get 3 wristbands for them while they visited. There is a super nice guy that works there and he brought the wristbands to our villa. He was always so friendly every time we saw him! But, in the middle of the week, we got a call from the office and a lady told me that they were getting complaints that we were smuggling people into the resort that weren’t staying there. I was shocked. I am a rule follower by nature and thought that I had followed protocol. Not sure if they had us confused with someone else or we did something wrong. When we entered the resort, I would tell everyone to show their wristbands, so, I’m still puzzled about that. They only visited 2 of the days we were there. Overall, we had a great time, and would definitely stay there again. I would even request V31

Very nice resort. Clean, spacious, quiet villas, beautiful beachfront location. Villa #31 was very comfortable, with two separate BR and BthR. Old Florida decor I personally liked. Kitchen stocked but has only a coffee pot not a kuerig. We left an xtra king sized pillow and 2 body boards for the future renters :)
