Always a wonderful time at Island House. With 3 families converging, our Villa was great for small informal gatherings with lots of seating options, and a wonderful big round table....perfect for playing board games and doing puzzles. Beds were comfortable...even the pull out sofa in the LR! Bathrooms were updated and clean. Some of the LR furniture is starting to show signs of wear. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and everything else anyone would need. Sadly, due to heavy rain and flooding, the pool was temporarily closed. Other options were provided for swimming.

We had a fabulous week! Villa # 33 is immaculate, quick walk to a spotless beach. Location is perfect with a trolley to food and nightlife.

Villa 33 at Island House Beach Resort was absolutely perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better location! Just a minute’s walk to the gorgeous beach! Our villa was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to your stay. It was a cute little bungalow that was very comfortable and cutely decorated with a beach theme. There was ample places to relax, with the porch being our favorite! The kitchen made it nice to prepare meals, if you didn’t want to go out on the town. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great. The beach is the best beach in the world. Everyone at Island House is friendly and helpful. Villa 33 was very nice. I felt like I was staying in my own place.
We had a fabulous time at Island House beach Resort. We were displaced from a neighboring resort that canceled our reservation 3 weeks before arriving due to hurricane repairs not being done. The Island house was a perfect substitute. Clean and beautiful grounds, great pool area, newly remodeled villa, and kind office staff. We had no complaints at all. Our garbage disposal didn’t work and they came back several times until it was fixed. We would GLADLY return to Island House again.
