Island House Beach Resort V35

We enjoyed our 2nd stay in a villa at Island House. The property is clean and well-maintained and our villa had everything we needed. One improvement that we would suggest would be to provide some beach towels so guests wouldn't have to bring them.

Our stay was very enjoyable. V35 is very well appointed and everything is good working order. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful place, clean, spacious and peaceful!

First time in Villa 35. We have been coming to Island house for about 20 years and have stayed in many villas and apartments and have always been happy. Bella 35 with no exception it was very clean and well cared for the management and Island House was very pleasant and welcoming at all times. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken during our stay but Sunny did everything he could to try and get the repair people there promptly. The sunsets are always awesome and the people are great we will continue to visit Island house for a very long time.

Upon arrival at our villa we had a few minor hiccups. Sonny and Victor were very helpful. Our villa V35 was very nice and clean. The beach is absolutely amazing, the grounds are clean and well kept and the pool is beautiful as well. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Pictures do not do this place justice! We are traditionally a resort family so this was totally new to us and we will come back year after year! Everything was just as it says and the house is well kept and has everything we needed! Most important to us was that it was super clean! It is so conveniently located between the beach and the pool! Not having the screened in porch allowed us more room to spread out (3 kids need room to play!) I cannot express enough how happy we were with this vacation spot! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Our trip to Island House was enjoyable and relaxing.

The villa was clean and in a great location. There was a big problem...my wife and I had no phone service. We initially had internet issues. This ended up working out. We never got the phones to work. This was a problem as I needed to make calls. I ended up sitting in my car outside Panera, not the best work situation. We walked the beach and used the pool. Game room fun as well. It would have been nice if beach towels were included and some paper towels

We had a fabulous stay! Loved the location, how easy it was to arrive and depart, our rental was beautiful, and we had the best beach !

The place was in a great location very clean and nicely decorated, would definitely stay again.

We were caught up in the Southwest debacle and needed a place to stay fast. Happened upon this condo and couldn't believe our luck. It is a beautiful condo, updated, spacious, great location. We would rent it out every time we are in Siesta, but it is booked. Best place we've ever stayed in while in Siesta.

Always a good vacation in Island House

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It had everything we needed and more! It was super clean and well kept, a short walk to the pool and the beach! Highly recommend!

The property was located in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and pool and close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and well maintained.

We have been coming to Island House on Siesta Key for over 25 years! The villas have been a nice size and well maintained. The beach is always spectacular! It is a 3 mile long white sand beach that is great for walking, swimming and playing in the sand! We have been in many of the villas and liked most of them. #35 has been updated and is quite nice. It does not have a screened porch, but the extra space is added to the living room and second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom is about ready to be replaced. The staff is always helpful! There were many new restaurants, but most of our favorites were still around. We were particularly impressed with Triple Tail and Phillipi Creek is always good for seafood. Rosebud’s is great for steak!

We could not ask for a cleaner, more well equipped accommodation! Everything was perfect. It was quiet, beautiful access to the beach and a wonderful pool.

We had a beautiful vacation on Siesta Key with my wife and two children. Nice and comfortable unit with everything you need to settle for several days. The resort staff is very helpful. We will return to Island House!

We stayed at Island House many many years ago. We wanted to vacation last year on Siesta Key so we decided to rent at Island House again because we loved it many years ago. Our stay last year and this year was fantastic! Loved our Villa, the beautiful beach, lovely sunsets, barbecued each night, and really enjoyed the location on the beach. Nothing not to like at Island House!

We very much appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of this property. Everything we needed for hime comforts was made available. I highly recommend!!

This unit is only a few hundred feet from the beach. Very large, kitchen well equipped, clean and up to date. It is one of the few Villa units without a screened in porch but that space was turned into a bigger living room. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights here with a friend. Wonderfully located on Siesta Beach! The property is on one of the nicest stretches of beach. Just a short walk to beach front. Chairs provided at beach. Wish there would have been more umbrellas or other shade. The house is super nice, clean!! Lots of towels provided. The property is beautifully kept, lovely gardens!! Pool at the front of the property- by the entrance- never went- maybe if we had been there longer. House has a cooler or wheels to use, noodles, floats (but you’d have to blow them up... we didn’t). Kitchen has all appliances needed but could use another set of plates. It was fine for 2 of us. Washer/dryer is a community one that requires coins. Need to bring all your own food and other supplies- like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper. This may be due to covid precautions. Publix grocery about 5 min drive. It did have dishwasher soap. Would stay here again! Really nice little place close to the beach!

This has to be the best beach that I have ever been to. The location of our condo was fantastic, half way between the beach and the pool. Beautiful two bedroom two bath home. I like the fact that it is free standing on the ground floor and has it's own carport right by the front door.
