We had a great vacation! Beautiful beach and wonderful Villa!

V37 was a great place to stay. Wife has physical limitations & this villa worked well for her. However pool water much cooler than expected, someone said the heater needed fixing. Unfortunately our stay was over before it got fixed! All in all would probably stay here again.

This is the only place that I have stayed when visiting Sarasota. All the villas are clean and very well maintained. We look forward to going back every year!

We have been going to Island House for 9 years now and will be back again next year! This Villa is well maintained and we have met the new owners several times over the past few years and they are lovely! We will be back next year and renting 2 villas so our son and grandchildren can experience this beautiful place’

Island House Beach Resort was everything we needed. First impression was this place is very clean (and it was). Great location and walkable to causeway eateries. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here in mid January. This was my second stay at Island House Beach Resort. Villa location was great—a few minutes walk to the beach, and close to pool and laundry. Our favorite thing to do was catch the beautiful Florida sunsets on the beach every night. The property is within walking distance 15min or so) to a local grocery store and the main beach in siesta key in the other direction (about 20 min) We were told by the office person
that our unit had been recently refreshed. The furnishings were tasteful and beautiful. Furniture was very comfortable with a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need to prepare meals. We look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Will stay again, the property manager did a great job. When we arrived our AC was out and they came out within the hour and it was fixed. Villa was well stocked and updated.

The rental was clean and in close proximity to the pool. We had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We always enjoy Island House and this time was just as awesome and even better since we haven’t been allowed to travel for 2 years! Amazing place that we want to stay longer at next year!

Unit very nice. Property managed well...very efficient and clean. The beach here is simply beautiful. We live in Ft Myers and don't go to the beach here.. Always meet our friends at Island House each year for the company and beautiful beach.

The only place we will stay in Siesta Key. Always clean and in excellent condition! Service is impeccable!! This stay we were in Siesta for a wedding. The other guests stayed at other resorts. After visiting our place at the Island House, every one of them said they wished they had stayed there!!! Love the gas grills. Beach never packed and very well cared for. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in Siesta Key!!!

Overall great stay very clean villa great location. Needs new mattresses and had a couple of palmetto bugs in the villa. When I called the office they immediately sent an exterminator to take care of the problem

Really enjoyed my time at the villa. Looking forward to coming back again this fall and staying for a month there!

We had a great SB stay. Management did a great job communicating when needed. Location was perfect and the kids enjoyed the amenities.

We have been coming to Island House for so many years I cannot count. We feel like it is our home away from home. Everyone is so nice and helpful.Villa 37 is so well appointed. We just love it. Cannot wait to return!

Rented 8 villas for our soccer academy. You have everything you need and no disturbances or distractions. Very comfortable setting...better than staying in a hotel. Accommodations from the start with Scott were great. This is our 2nd year coming down and will continue in the future.
