Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach- This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is appox. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, 60" high def TV in living room, 50" high def TV in master, DVD, free wi-fi in unit, central air/heat, covered parking, screened lanai. It has a king size bed, 2 twins and sleeper sofa. New quiet wood floors. All furnishings are continuously updated with all new stainless steel appliances in 2018. The unit is steps to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the fresh water pool. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shufflboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets! There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/ Disney are a short driving distance. Come spend your holiday at Island House and make your vacation a most memorable one!!

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. However, the administrative staff left a lot to be desired. Upon checking out We were unsuccessful in obtaining rental rate information for 2025 and thought we had been placed on a hold list for one of two specific properties for 2025 while we awaited the new rental information. After not receiving a call back after a reasonable period of time I contacted their office only to find out that 2 of the people I spoke with were no longer employed there and that no one knew anything about a hold list for the properties we were interested in. Additionally, we were told that because we were beyond the 10 day period from when we had checked out, the hold we thought we had on the property we had stayed in was also gone and as a result we had nothing reserved for 2025 and nothing we were interested in was available.
The person that I was now talking with indicated she would review their reservation list and get back to me in a day or so with any other alternatives.
Three months has now gone by without a reply
Very disappointed
We certainly will be looking elsewhere

Our villa was updated and lovely. I can't complain at all. Nice to have option to put heat on in cool evenings. Pool was delightfully heated and game nice for extra entertainment. I wish I was closer to beach it is a bit of a walk, but then we were close to road to catch trolley, Frog hop, etc. Property was clean, accurately described. I would recommend to anyone

5 plus inches of rain and our villa leaked in multiple spots, needed pots to collect water and move beds to prevent getting wet. Property mgt inferred some sort of compensation/discount when spoken to, then get email detailing agreement stating no refunds due to weather. Also pool out multiple days, pool table was in bad shape. Only plus was location.
