Island House Beach Resort V39

WE always have fun because we have our 3 adult daughters and 4 grandkids come this year.

We’ve been staying at this villa for 14 years every February. This year we were pleasantly surprised with all of the updates that had been completed. We truly appreciated them.
We had great service from the maintenance and office staff.

We had a great time at Island House. We never leave disappointed. The cable TVs weren't working in V39 for the entire stay, which was frustrating. But everything else was great as usual.

We enjoyed the location and amenities offered. Walkable yo the downtown area and easy access to main thoroughfares.

Island House always is a great place to relax, enjoy the sun, amenities and life on Siesta Key. Staff is great, accommodations superb, peaceful, safe, etc.. We have stayed their MANY times and will be back for sure.

Wonderful villa (39) at the Island House. Very clean, right by the pool and very quick walk to the beach. Large TV for watching the NCAA basketball tournament. Great kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The Island House staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our family of three were very pleased with the stay at the Island House Beach Resort V39. The four minute walk to the uncrowded beach for the resort was perfect. The beach was wide and perfect as I remember last being in Siesta Key 24 years ago.

Villa was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would make a recommendation for an update, as the couch and recliner are at the end of their useful life - not a lot of support, but didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

We didn't have to ask for any help, but appears the management staff were active and visible during our stay.

I liked that our entrance was closed, so you had to drive all the way around the horseshoe to get to our villa. It is one building away from Midnight Pass so their is some road noise if sitting outside, but it didn't bother me, I liked the activity.

We ordered bikes from Siesta Key Bike and Kayak. Ate at My Village Pub (a lot of TVs for sports), Broken Egg for breakfast (staple of SK), Island Tap House and Mellow Mushroom (off island). All were great.

We would recommend and stay again! Thanks.

My family and I stayed at Island House for a week and we rented 2 condos. V39 was much more roomy and felt more homey. The location next to the pool was also great for our napping niece! Our favorite part was the beach area and being able to walk and watch the sunset every evening. We hope to return soon!

Great stay in beautiful siesta key. Condo had everything needed for a great stay and was very close to the beach.
5 stars!!

I did a lot of "shopping" for the right place to stay for our spring vacation. We stumbled upon Island House Beach Resort and Villa 39 and so glad we did. The location is awesome for the beach and getting around other parts of Sarasota. The game room and pool, which is right across from V39, are wonderful. The pool area is relaxing and the pool itself very clean and the perfect temperature. V39 was clean and had what we needed. Baths were nice, everything worked well. Great huge TV in living room. we wish the rocking chair would have been a recliner instead. Plenty of bath towels and the beds were comfortable. It would be nice if the beds in the guest bedroom could be joined upon request to provide a bigger bed. The few times I went to the front office it was closed which was a tad frustrating. Luckily we were able to figure things out and did not have any real issues. Loved the loungers at the beach and there were plenty of them even during spring break. If we return to Sarasota we would stay here again.

We notice and appreciate updates to V39 every year. This year new carpet was added to the bedrooms and a new table and chairs for the porch and new bar stools. The villa is always very clean but I do think the tile floors need a professional cleaning.

We’ve been staying at Island House in V39 for 9 years and love it. The owner does a nice job of adding updates to the villa each year. The location to the pool couldn’t be better and it takes just a minute or so to walk down the beautiful walkway to the beach.

We had an absolutely fabulous time here. This villa was amazing… So clean and so cozy! It was just steps to the beach, shuffleboard, pool, and beautiful sunsets. Siesta key village is so quaint and fun that we are going to have to make this a regular vacation each year. I can’t say enough about how accommodating the owners were, and how comfortable we were in this beautiful villa. You will not be disappointed.
