Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath villa is located on the widest part of Crescent beach. It is approx 1000 sq. ft and has a large living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, screened lanai, covered parking, central ac/heat, free wi-fi in unit! It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. 3 tvs, dvd. The villa is steps from the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where the sunsets are magnificant. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Pack your bags and walk into a most memorable vacation experience!

This is the place to be. Very affordable. Staff is kind and courteous and always looking out for vacationers. Villas are great and very clean. What can you say about the Gulf of Mexico being right on the property. This is a great area and this is my number one choice to go. See you next year.

We have stayed at Island house for 2 years in a row. We stayed in the apartments last year, this year it was the Villa. Can't go wrong with either. The pool area is great, it is large and goes to 8 feet, my family really enjoyed it, along with the pool tables, air hockey table and ping pong. After staying here you won't want to stay anywhere else in Siesta Key Beach. There are many restaurants close to the area, our favorites are Capt Curts and The Broken Egg Cafe. See you next year!

On the many occasions we have stayed at Island House, the experience has been excellent!

Breath taking. The location was perfect. The house was has everything you need and the beds are soooo comfortable. The pool was clean and so was the house and the entire property. The beach is stunning. The staff were all so kind and polite. We are definitely going back!
