Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach. This bright spacious villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft., non-carpeted and has all the comforts and luxuries of home. Enjoy the significant renovations done including a newly renovated, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter top, brand new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen table, and an inviting decor. This unit, with central ac/heat and covered parking, sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 full beds in the guest bedroom, and a Sealy Sleeper sofa in the freshly furnished family room. Both bedrooms have easy to clean laminate flooring and new comforters. Free Wi-Fi, and 3 TVs including a flat screen and a DVD player. The villa is only steps away from the pristine turquoise waters of the Gulf and the resort's large swimming pool. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a game room, shuffleboard, and a scenic beach front courtyard overlooking breathtaking sunsets. This is our 3rd year coming to Island House for our family vacation. We stayed in Villa 8 this time and it was everything we'd hoped it would be. The unit was clean and well stocked. The grounds are always beautiful and well landscaped. We took advantage of the gas grills on the property on more then one occasion. The pool and game room is probably our favorite part of the whole place. The pool goes to 8 ft and is heated. There really is no better place on the island to book your next vacation! See you next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Island House Beach Resort. The property complex was very clean and was a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach.
Unit #8 had everything that we needed for our stay. The two double beds in the second bedroom would need to be upgraded as we rolled in the middle of the bed. But otherwise, everything was perfect.

We have 2 young kids who loved the Rec Room. The pool was a nice size and all of the beds were comfy! We liked staying in a villa and having our car parked so close! It was nice to not have to deal with elevators or steps! The grills were well maintained and my hubby enjoyed grilling with an ocean view! We appreciated having chairs and sand toys already there that we could use! We had a great vacation!

I was there for 2 weeks and found the staff at all levels to be unusually helpful and friendly. I can't imagine staying in a place I would like more. The location, the safety, the beauty, the warm pool, best beach in the world, etc. The number of units is not huge, so I don't feel like a number even when I am traveling alone.
